PROJECT OVERVIEW...

Working predominantly in the hospitality and food & beverage industry, this projects was one that enabled Dreamtime Australia Design to give back to the restaurant community.

A project with a small budget, the Sydney Seafood School required a full refurbishment, including new cooking benches, preparation kitchens, demonstration kitchens and dining room.

With an ambitious undertaking and a strict budget this project demonstrates a dramatic spacial outcome which visually appears to exceed the budget.  

Located within the historic Sydney Fish Market site, it was fitting that the interior of the school reflected it’s surroundings epitomized by the Pyrmont photo mural in the dining room.
